Make Pumpkin Maple Scones w/ Katie

You’ll need the following ingredients: flour, butter, 1 egg, baking powder, pumpkin puree, light brown sugar, cinnamon, powdered sugar, maple syrup and optional vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice (or a mixture of nutmeg, ginger, allspice, etc.). Chocolate chips are also a great addition to this recipe! A cheese grater is recommended but not required ( to grate the cold butter).

Make Homemade Flour Tortillas & Guacomole w/Katie

You’ll need the following ingredients: flour, oil, water, &  salt for the Tortillas. And 1-2 avocados, a lime, salt, and optional red onion, tomatoes, cilantro for the Guacamole.
